If you just want to draw together with some friends, you should either go with a free Spark Plan or choose the Blaze plan for more advanced features.
If you’re planning to build a community or collaborate with your teammates, we recommend creating a shared artspace and inviting other artists. You can start for free, and upgrade to Blaze plan whenever you want.
For bigger teams and studios, it’s best to contact our sales team to talk about your specific needs.
There's currently a limit of 30 people (or 50 people if you are on a paid plan) that can join the same canvas simultaneously...which is more than enough to have a really great collab session!
Please keep in mind that once the limit is reached and a new person tries to join, they will see a message that the canvas is currently full. They will have to wait until someone else leaves before they can join.
All the drawings which you create in “My artworks” are public, which means that they are accessible by everyone who has the right link. Every person who knows or somehow finds the address of your canvas will be able to join and view your latest work.
If you're on the Blaze plan, you can protect your drawing with a password, which will limit collaborators only to the people who know the password - so it’s a great choice for any artwork that shouldn’t be shared freely with the world.
In addition to that, you can create a private artspace and move your drawings into it - this will limit visibility only to artists which are invited to the artspace.
Your artworks will be accessible in Magma until you decide to delete them. Once removed, files will stay in the Bin for 30 days before being permanently deleted. Once that happens, it will no longer be possible to retrieve the files. You can find more information about how it works in this article.
Yes, definitely! We would really appreciate it if you let your audience know what platform you’re using - Magma can help many events and communities connect in a meaningful way through art.
We’re also actively looking for partnership opportunities, so if you’re doing something cool, please let us know at [email protected] — we’d love to have a chat with you!
