Magma to complete S-OEM certification for high-performance Tesla GPU expansion products.
San Diego, Calif. (Mar. 10, 2014) - Magma today announced it has joined the NVIDIA® Tesla® Preferred Partner Program, expanding Magma’s reach into high performance computing (HPC) by providing product support for NVIDIA’s Tesla GPU accelerator product line. As a member of the program, Magma has access to NVIDIA’s industry-leading HPC solutions, product and technology support, sales and distribution partners, related marketing assets, training, and service support.
Today Magma announced that Tools 4 Media, an Apple Authorized Service Center based in Bogota, Colombia, has become an authorized distributor of Magma products. As Apple introduces the new Mac Mini and Mac Pro to Latin American markets, the need for expansion systems that enable high performance applications using traditional PCIe cards such as professional audio and video becomes immediate. To respond to such need, Magma is approaching Latin American resellers that cater to the performance-intensive market segment in their respective countries.
